Job Summary:
As a Life Insurance and Financial Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients seeking to secure their financial future. Your role involves assessing clients' needs, recommending suitable insurance policies and financial products, and guiding them through the application process.
Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and concerns.
Product Recommendation
Recommend appropriate life insurance policies, annuities, and other financial products based on clients' needs and objectives.
Sales and Service
Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, assist with policy applications, and provide ongoing customer service.
Relationship Building
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance
Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors to provide clients with the best options available.
Training and Development
Participate in continuous training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Motivation
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Free Lead Exclusive Agent Program 50-70% (Must use our carriers, log into our platform, work 30 or more hours per week.)
New Agents purchase your own leads 80-90%
Agents with verifiable sales in the last 12 months 95-105%.
Team Leaders with 5 or more members with verifiable sales (All agents must contract under our IMO/Agency) 105-115%!
Eveyone has the ability to earn a contract that pays up to 145% of the annualized premium. (Most are paid as earned. You will also be 100% responsible for your portion of any chargebacks.)
